Folder pair configurations will are saved to a sub directory of the user's folder.
Here's an example from my machine:
C:\Documents and Settings\emile\Application Data\SuperSync\SuperSync1.5.config
The SuperSync config file is an XML file which you can open and read. Do not alter the
content of this file unless you know XML and understand the effect of the change on the
application.
SuperSync reads this XML file on startup. Any changes you make to this file while the
application is running will not be read. In fact, they might be overwritten if you change folder
pair settings from the application.
Below is a snapshot of an item from the SuperSync config file mentioned above.
As you can see, it is human readable and easy to change, if you find that the file is corrupt.
